Hi,

My poduct name is Extensa 5220.

There was a Windows SP3 32Bit installed on my laptop, and there was bluetooh shown in the device manager. When I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate(64Bit). I really didn't get unknown devices, except 'Mass Storage controller', which forced me to install Card Reader driver downloaded from the Acer Home page. However, I didn't install any other derivers.

My laptop has a Bluetooth, but it wasn't detected when I installed a Windows 7 (64Bit), however, in Win Xp 32Bit, it was detected. I really tried to look for a dreiver for defining bluetooh, but no deriver specified for bluetooth on windows 7 systems.

I have run a detecting utility available at Acer home Page, and I found this.

How can I turn on these devices mentioned above?

It seems that all other devices along with mentioned above are OK in the device manager.
