HELP!!! Acer M5-581T-6405 problems - always get "This page can't be displayed"

The problems with internet connectivity with my Acer M5-581T-6405 are so severe that I cannot tolerate it anymore.  EVERY SINGLE TIME that I try to connect to a website via wifi through my Zoom router, it takes at least 20 seconds to come back and always says "This page can't be displayed".  EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!  Many times it will connect on  a second or third try, again taking at least 20 seconds to come back.  Sometimes it will not connect no matter what.  It is always so slow that I cannot believe it. 

 

I don't know how many times that I have lost typed messages due to this issue.  Now I always have to copy and paste EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE into Word so that I can copy and paste it back into a reply after I suffer through one or more "This page cannot be displayed" messages.  It is absolutely maddening.

 

I am not very computer savvy but I am not an **** either.  Surely there is some fix out there for this.

 

PLEASE - SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!

What is the model of the WiFi adapter?

What is the current driver version of the WiFi adapter?

 

Have you attempted to update the WiFi adapter driver?
