why does my A200 say unable to connect to the cloud pc when all the files are loaded to the tablet?

When I try to stream my music the above message is what I get. Help!!!!!

    hi, now AcerCloud has upgraded recently, you can go to AcerCloud official website to download and install the new update at: https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/downloads

     

    You can also refer the following information when you meet the problem again:

    1. Please confirm that all PC and mobile devices has sign in one Acer ID.

    2. Please confirm if firewall or anti-virus application installed on your PC and mobile device, we suggest that you to add the AcerCloud Portal to the exception list or temporarily disable it.

    3. Confirm the network and relevant settings are work on PC and other devices.

    4. Please confirm that your device’s platform is PC with Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) and Windows 8 (32 and 64 bit). Mobile device are Android 2.3 (include 2.3) or above version and iOS 5.1 (include 5.1) or above version.
