My Liquid E2 charges normally when the battery is almost empty (it prompts to recharge at 15%). However, when I want to charge the phone at a higher battery percentage left (because I need it to last a whole day, the next day), it doesn't want to charge. I leave it plugged it a whole night, and it seems it hasn't drained any battery, but also hasn't charged any.

Is this a built-in feature to protect the battery from charging it too many times, or is it a fault? Any way to overwrite it and force it to charge (except for draining the battery myself)?

I'm using an E2 single sim with the latest offical ROM, 1.006 WW_GEN1S.
