Problem with extened warranty

Shortly after buying an Acer Aspire I purchased an extended warranty online with Acer. The accepted my payment and registered the warranty asking for proof of purchase which I provided by email as they requested. However they are marking the Warranty as suspended since they claim I never provided Proof of purchase.

Any ideas how I can resolve please. I no longer have any original documentation and the copies are on the Acer that does not work.
