Acer and Bright House

Hello, I'm hoping an Acer mod' might pick up on this post and provide some answers as contacting Acer seems to be impossible.

 

Acer had a deal with Bright House/Cavandish Finance and Lap Tops and Computers were sold through Bright House stores, As a customer of Bright House I was really pleased that I could now get Acer products from my store. However for what ever reasons Acer and Bright House have parted company and they no longer sell Acer products leaving me with a great big problem, I have a contract with Bright House that they repair and fix my Lap Top no matter what the problem or fault, so they take my Lap Top in for repair, they order the needed parts from Acer who then fail to supply these parts, or drag out the sending of parts for weeks, This does not make Bright House suffer, it punishes me the customer, the loyal buyer of Acer products. Why have Acer now taken the attitude that people who buy their products come second to getting revenge & petty fall outs with suppliers of their products, the customer suffers and in the long term I will be turning my back on Acer if they keep this up, I will find an honest computer manufacturer who does not behave like a spoilt child who spits his dummy out.

What happened to the customer comes first ? Mod's please feel free to pass this post on to Acer Management.
