Acer Aspire V3-771G-6814 Problems since day 1

I have had this computer about two months and it has spent the majority of that time in Fed-Ex boxes or at the Acer service center. I have used chat support numerous times and followed all instructions on how to fix the problem myself but none of them worked. I then sent the laptop in the first time and all the service center did was reload the OS. Within four hours of receiving the laptop back from them it was having the same problems as before I sent it. So I sent it in a second time, this time the Acer service center did absolutely nothing. They ran some tests and decided it was fine so they sent it back to me unchanged. The night I received it back it had the same problems continue. There is a persistent Blue Screen error message that occurs while gaming, browsing the internet, or watching videos. I encounter these error messages, freezes, and forced restarts on a daily basis while using this computer, typically multiple times. I have hardly even been able to use the computer because it is constantly in transit to and from or sitting at the service center. I think today marks two months since purchase on Amazon, so of course I can't return it to them. And Acer will do everything in their power to avoid a refund or replacement... I was even told that Acer "Doesn't do refunds or replacements on any of their produts" by chat support even though in the warranty it clearly states that they do. Obviously this product is a lemon... but the responses I get from Acer is that I can send it in for repair again and again (where they won't actually do anything) until my warranty expires. The main excuse here for the support center is that "they can't duplicate the problem" amazingly though I can duplicate it half a dozen times in a night just by watching youtube or playing any number of computer games. At this point I just want a refund, it would seem a company as large as Acer would swallow a measly $726 if for no other reason than to save face and keep me from blasting them all over the internet and to my friends, I'm sure I can cost them more than $700 in lost future sales. If anyone has encountered this blue screen error issue, what did you end up doing to resolve it? Or did it ever resolve?
