Hi

When switching on my Iconia B1 tablet I am getting the messages "Email service stopped due to low storeage" and "You can delete unused emails or applications to reclaim storeage".  Also when trying to download a new application it is not allowing them to installed stating insufficient storeage space.

However there is plenty storeage space as the tablet has both the built in memory and an additional memory card. Details under Settings under Storeage shows:
Total space  0.98GB
Apps (app data & media content)  792MB

INTERNAL SD
Total space  12.39GB
Apps (app data & media content)  332MB
Pictures, video  9.48MB
Audio (music, ringtones, podcasts, etc)  20.00KB
Downloads  7.25MB
Available  12.03GB

EXTERNAL SD
Total space  29.49GB
Available  27.00GB

As you can see from the above information there is plenty available storage space on the tablet.
Also I have changed nothing with regards to settings since having the tablet (about 3months) so it still has factory settings.

Please can you advice how to rectify this problem so that email and download facility restored to the tablet.  I would appreciate if any instructions to resolve/correct the problem can be detailed step by step easy to followed.

Thanks

If you go to Settings, About Tablet, what is listed under Device Information?

I believe that the main issue you are seeing is that the email app is wanting to store items in the "main" portion of file space, not the internal or external SD cards.  So you're looking at ~200MB of total space, which may be too low for it to consider it 'viable' space.  (1GB - 800MB = 200MB)

I would suggest moving additional apps, etc, from the main space onto the SD storage.
