    I cannot get tech support from anyone,  I am very frustrated with this whole issue and guarentee I will never purchase another Acer product again. They do not have or are willing to support anyone that has no warranty left on their products. No one to talk to in person that is willing to do anything that remotely seems like assistance. Keep up the good work Acer..   totally unsatisfied customer.

    Have you attempted to reset the hardware and/or software?

     

    How do I reset the hardware and software to factory defaults on my Android tablet?

     

    If resetting the hardware/software does not resolve the issue, you may have a hardware issue which should be looked at by your local Acer service center.
