Does not look like you are going to be able to change the processor. Limitations to the motherboard. But it does have onboard video. If you get a low profile graphics card and have it added to the computer, that might work. But becuase the computer is an older comptuer, you may not be able to put in the latest and greatest. I would talk to a local tech to see what is available in your area for this computer.

    Good day

You can updrage the processor to any of the following as per: http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/desktop/2010/acer/Aspire/AspireX3910/AspireX3910sp2.shtml

    Intel® Core™2 Quad processor (up to 3.0 GHz, 12 MB L2 cache, supporting Intel® 64 architecture)
    Intel® Core™2 Duo processor (up to 3.33 GHz, 6 MB L2 cache, supporting Intel® 64 architecture)
    Intel® Pentium® processor (up to 2.93 GHz, 2 MB L3 cache, supporting Intel® EM64T Technology, Intel® Virtualization Technology)
    Intel® Celeron® processor (up to 2.50 GHz, 1 MB L2 cache, supporting Intel® 64 architecture)

Therefore here is a complete breakdown of the CPU's:

    Intel® Core™2 Quad processor Q8200/8300/8400 (4 MB L2 cache, 2.33/2.50/2.83 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 95 W)
    Intel® Core™2 Quad processor Q8200S/8400S (4 MB L2 cache, 2.33/2.83 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 65 W)
    Intel® Core™2 Quad processor Q9550/9650 (12 MB L2 cache, 2.83/3 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 95 W)
    Intel® Core™2 Quad processor Q9300/9400/9505S/9505 (6 MB L2 cache, 2.50/2.66/2.83/2.83 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 95 W)
    Intel® Core™2 Quad processor Q9400S/9550S (6/12 MB L2 cache, 2.66/2.83 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 65 W)
    Intel® Core™2 Duo processor E8300/8400/8500/8600 (6 MB L2 cache, 2.83/3.06/3.16/3.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 65 W)
    Intel® Core™2 Duo processor E7200/7300/7400/7500/7600 (3 MB L2 cache, 2.53/2.66/2.80/2.93/3.06 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 65
    Intel® Pentium® processor E6300/6500 (2 MB L3 cache, 2.80/2.93 GHz, DDR3 1066 MHz, 65 W)
    Intel® Pentium® processor E5500/5400 (2 MB L3 cache, 2.80/2.70 GHz, DDR3 800 MHz, 65 W)
    Intel® Pentium® processor E2200/2220 (1 MB L3 cache, 2.40 GHz, DDR3 800 MHz, 65 W)
    Intel® Celeron® processor E3200/3300 (1 MB L2 cache, 2.40/2.50 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 65 W)
    Intel® Celeron® processor E1400/1500/1600 (512 KB L2 cache, 2/2.20/2.40 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 65 W)
    Intel® Celeron® processor 450 (512 KB L2 cache, 2.20/2/1.80/1.60 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 35 W)
