My Acer AX3400 randomly shuts off after it has been on for a while. Is this possibly a power supply problem?

    Hi patricia4321!

It may be a power supply problem, but more than likely a case of overheating! Do you get any error messages?

Buy a can of compressed air from your local PC shop. Open the case of your PC and use it to blow away the dust from the fans & other parts. Be careful not to touch the components inside. Once complete close your PC case and start. Your PC should now not close down.

If your PC is still misbehaving, then it could be a power supply problem. Now, as the power supplies in these mini desktops are of non standard size, contact your local PC store, to see if they can obtain one (and even fit it for you!)
