Hi guys, my laptop has so many problems so I'll just start with, I just formatted it about a week from now. Last Sunday, I noticed three files that just appeared in my Documents, which I have seen it before I reformated the computer. The file names were NTIMMNEGET.dll, NTIMMV9acer.dll and another NTI ( iforgot the last part of it) .dll. I searched for it and it says that they were malwares. I tried to remove them using Malwares bytes, but malwaresbytes only detect one malware, PUPoptional I think, I removed and i recommended me to restart, SO I DID. While restarting, it updated. I never updated my laptop since I reformatted it. since last sunday, almost 12 hours from now, it's still 52/73 to go and I don't know what I should do. any help?

to summarize my problems:

-I recognized some malwares which I have seen in My Documents even before I reformatted, (NTIMMREGET.dll, NTIMMv9acer.dll...) but it wasn't there after, just last sunday. how do I remove them?

- my laptop is taking too long too updates, it' have almost been 12 hours since it started and it still at 52/73. I can't dtect if it's processing or not because it has no processing indicator (the light that indicates that computer is processing)
