    Welcome aboard, Pjow.

I'm afraid that I don't understand your post. There are several versions of the Aspire 4755G, and most of them are using Windows 7. Did you upgrade to 8, and are now trying to upgrade to 8.1?

Yes, my Acer Aspire 4755G is Windows 7 64 bit. I upgrade to Windows 8. Now Windows 8.1 release so I upgrade too. However now often get bluescreen because driver is out of date. Can you provide the driver update at download page? I also need latest BIOS update too. Current version is Pheonix v1.24. I check update at Pheonix website and they have newer version for my BIOS and I need to pay to download. Can you provide the update here?

Pjow, when you change your operating system, you destroy all your Acer drivers. On a desktop, you can usually get by with the generic drivers that come with Windows, but on a laptop you are heading for trouble.  Laptops are more specific that desktops.

Your machine is designed to run Windows 7. If you install Wndows 8 drivers, your machine is not designed for them. If you install Windows 7 drivers, your operating system is not designed for them. I advise you to go back to your original operating system.
