User profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

So when i select my account to log into the computer (which has no password, so its not that I'm putting it in wrong) it comes up with a message to say "the user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." All the help I've seen involves logging on to the administrator account and re-setting the computer. However, i cant even get on the administrator account as that is the one i cant log in to. Also, i don't want to reset the computer as it has all my A-level work, and first year university work saved on as well as hundreds of pictures. I tried to call the number on the acer website for computers out of warranty (mine ran out on 30th september, so under a month ago!!!) and spent 30 minutes on hold. I then rang another number to see if they would help, which they refused to do, and then had the cheek to ask me weather i would like to take a survey about how helpful they had been!

Any help would be much appreciated as i can't use the computer and don't want to loose everything thats saved on it.

The computer is an Acer T5700

    You have a corrupt user profile. See this Microsoft article here for help.

     

    If you have important data on your hard drive, see if a friend or a family member can connect the hard drive to their PC and copy your documents to another hard drive for safe keeping. I suppose now is not the time to lecture you on how important backing up your data is!! However the process for repairing your user profile should not erase any of your data.
