how to download touchpad driver

lizainelizaine Member Posts: 1

The cursor on my Aspire 5732Z laptop keeps jumping. I have disabled the touchpad and I am using a usb mouse but it is still jumping. I contacted Acer who said I should download the touchpad driver?

How do I do that?

Where is it?

FAQ & Answers

  • Go to the Acer download site:

    http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers

(or select the site for your area.)

    Select Notebook > Aspire > Aspire 5732Z

Select your operating system. If you don't know whether you have the ALPS or the Synaptics Touchpad, use the 'Need to know the hardware on your system to choose the right drivers?' button and run the detection program. Then, simply select the correct driver.
