Which "S3" system do you have?

Please walk through the steps you are performing, including when you connect/disconnect cables, etc.

    Hello,

I have S3 with Windows 7 corporate installed.

My computer is connected to monitor Asus through HDMI cabel(expensive and good quality).

When I want to restart or swith on the computer, start screen Acer with information about button f2 and f12(Bios) is appeared. And, after nothing happen. Only this screen is appeared.

If I disconnect HDMI cable from computer, nothing happens also. I shoud turn off computer using on-off button and computer starts normaly but without HDMI.

When computer is starting, I can connect HDMI cable and continue to working without problem but only untill next reboot or swith on.

There are multiple models in the S3 series.  "S3" is not a model, it is the series descriptor.

I'm not aware of any systems that we ship with Windows 7 Enterprise.

Can you provide for me the serial number and SNID in a private message please?

Thank you for responding with the serial number via private message.

As you stated, the system shipped with Windows 8.  We are only able to support the operating systems that we ship on the system.  Windows 7 Enterprise should be supported through your IT department or corporate office and/or Microsoft.

My suggestion would be to revert the system back to the shipping operating system to make sure that the hardware operates properly.
