Acer Aspire V3-571G problems starting up.

I turn on my laptop and the following happens:

1. The Acer splash screen.    It moves to...

2. A blue screen saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.  Error:  driver_verifier_iomanager_violation

3. Acer spash screen again.  Says "Preparing Automatic Repair."  Then "Diagnosing Your PC."

4. Then a blue screen appears saying:

"Windows couldn't load correctly.

System restore can try to restore your PC to an earlier point in time when it worked correctly.  This repair will not change personal data, but it might remove some apps that were installed recently.  You cannot undo this process."

Restore      Cancel

It doesn't matter if I choose Restore or Cancel, it goes to the Acer splash screen and just sits there forever.

Any ideas?

1.  Alt + F10 does nothing.

2. D2D Recovery or whatever isn't under the F2 screen.

3.  I didn't create recovery disks. Smiley Sad

Also, is there any way to just boot into Safe Mode?  Does Safe Mode even exist on my laptop?

    Hi...

Turn on the laptop. Once you see the error message, turn it off. Repeat this process 3-4 times and check if you get a different screen with "Troubleshoot" or "Recovery" option.

If you see 'Troubleshooting' option, select it.

Select 'Reset your PC' click Next.

Select Fully clean the drive. click Reset. (it will result in data loss on your computer. Take a backup of your data before you proceed).

The trick is to get Safe mode is, hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key, this will sometimes boot you into the new advanced “recovery mode”,  where you can choose to see advanced repair options and Safe Mode.
