    I just bought an Acer note book ASPIRE V3-472G. and having problem to shut down.A message " please do not power off or unplug your machine. Installing update 1 of 2..." keep appreaing and the machine just hung.

     

    Please advise how to solve this problem thanks

      does the unit lock up everytime you try to shut down?

      can you still boot to windows??
