Hi there!
I just bought Acer Aspire with model "ATC-605-EF30"

When I open it, there's a sticker that says VGA and hdmi was disabled
So my question is, how can I enable it so that I could use VGA as an output source
I tried to use the integrated port and it works but the video card where the VGA and the other hdmi port is there are not working

Can you please help me?

The TC-605-EF30 desktop should have ports on the motherboard panel as well as an added card with ports.

The motherboard/mainboard ports are listed as:

    VGA
    HDMI

The additional video card ports are listed as:

    DVI

    HDMI

When installing an additional video card, the onboard card is automatically disabled.

It may be possible to use a port convertor or cable to utilize VGA from the DVI or HDMI ports on the addon card.  Please understand that we are unable to support convertors, splitters, or additional third party hardware.
