need help with acer iconia tablet

the screen is black and wont work , ive tried to reset it and it doesnt do nothing stays black so i reset it all erased everything and still nothing , i can go on the setting but when i try to turn on my wifi it says keyboard as stopped working and all these things pop up about somthing has stopped . but other then that i can only go on the settings. anyone have a idea on what i can do to fix it or is it unfixable ?

    It would be helpful if you provide the model number of your tablet and the operating system shipped with it.

    oh im sorry the model number is A100

    I suggest you to once again try to perfoerm factory data reset.

    • The following steps will erase all of your personal information, all stored contacts and any programs you have installed on your tablet.
    • To follow the steps below the tablet must be in a portrait orientation. (Hold the tablet vertically so that the volume button and rotation lock are on the right side)

     

    To perform a Factory Data Reset use the following steps:

     

    1. Place the rotation lockswitch in the up position
    2. Press and hold the Volume downbutton, which is located farthest from the rotation lock
    3. With the Volume down button held, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume downbutton.
    4. Once the tablet vibrates, switch the rotation lock on and off repeatedly while still holding the Volume downbutton.
    5. Release the Volume down button and stop switching the rotation lockonce the "Erasing Userdata..." message appears in the upper left corner of the screen
    6. Once the factory reset has been completed your tablet will load to the Welcomescreen.
    7. Your Factory Data Reset has completed now follow the onscreen steps to setup your tablet.
