Defective A100 system update

Last week I followed the update message on my A100, and installed the system update.  This update has disabled the screen rotation and damaged the Bluetooth function (I can only receive but not send now).  Image version Acer_AV041_A100_RV22RC02_PA_CUS1, FLEX Version is shown now as Acer_AV041_A100_1.049.00PA_CUS1, Image P/N FM.S18A0.03G.

How to undo the system update?

    Thank you Tommy,

Nice surprise, I received a call today from the Acer Level 2 technical support who said that the Acer update came not from Acer but from Google, and has asked me to call the company that refurbished the Acer product. When I called them, the lady on phone said they don't have any tech support, and she deals only with 90 day warranty returns. And because my issue is past the warranty date, she can’t help and wonders why I was sent to her.  I started to search Internet and discovered a large number of people who have A100 motherboard issues and can’t contact Acer as well.  Fortunately my motherboard is fine, but I found descriptions of a hard reset and “factory reset” to revert to the original state of software.  This could have been mentioned by the Level 2 support, but it wasn’t.  I want to report that reset has fixed the issue, and I went to Settings / About Tablet / System Update and disabled system updates.  The tablet works great now, and I like the display image quality.

We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.

Bad advice.  There is no Acer Support contact in United States for this issue.  Acer's US website is blocking access to all post warranty questions.  I tried, and I have entered required serial number and access was denied.  No contact with US Acer Suppoprt is possible, they removed all contact information and phone numbers from their website.  Clearly Acer US doesn't want to hear about any product problems caused by Acer's update.

I'm glad you were able to get it resolved with just a reset.
