My A100 tablet stopped recognizing headphones last night.

No longer recognizes headphones; sound comes through speakers instead.

 

Have tried hard reset and restoring factory settings; have blown compressed air into jack.

 

Frustrated because I'm just a few days past being covered by the 1-year warrantee, and this tablet has already required one repair.  If we subtract the amount of time that took from the one year that I've owned the A100, I feel like I still deserve to get my phone call answered.

 

Any ideas?

    Have you tried using a different headphone/audio device to ensure the issue lies with the tablet?
