Acer a200 will not boot

I got in touch with technical support and they told me how to take it back to factory settings.

 

What I ended up with was the little android guy laying down on his back with the door to his belly open with a red triangle with a ! in the middle.

 

What now? I could send it in and have them go through the thing for 249 plus shipping and handling and all that.. or buy a new one.

 


In your opinion would I be better off just getting a new tablet or having them go through and see what was wrong with it? What would you do?
