Acer A100 photo screen

I recently purchased an Acer A100, solely for the purpose of taking pictures, as I lost most of my vision from a stroke and my daughter thought it would be easy for me to use as a tablet camera because of the large screen.

My problem is, in low light situations it is impossible to see the subject of the photo on the screen, it is just too dark, is there some way to make it appear as normal, the way it looks through the naked eye?  I tried adjusting the display to bright on the tablet, and played around with  the cameras day/night/cloudy etc. settings and nothing makes a difference on the screen.  There may be no way to adjust the view on the screen in low light situations, but I am hoping I am just missing something somewhere.

Thanks for any help

Unfortunately, there is no light sensor or LED flash on the A100 tablet, either of which would help alleviate low-light situations.

I'm not aware of any adjustments that you would be able to make to improve visibility in low-light conditions.
