If the OTA update is failing, my best suggestion would be to reset your tablet, and try loading the update again. If you are still having problems, you can try downloading the OS update from the OS tab on the Drivers and Manuals section of our support site.

I've try to reset my tablet by Factory reset menu and then I downloading the update package again, but the problem still appear.

I'll try to download OS from acer site, after I download it, how I can install the OS?

Would you tell me how to Install OS not from tablet (my PC for example)?

    Thank you.

Any chance you are running out of space during the install?

    Hi there,

my question does not relate directly to your issue, sorry about that.

For my work I need to know what image version is... and another term "image P/N". Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks a lot!
