Acer Aspire E1-531 keyboard not work at all

my laptop keyboard is not functioning by unknown reason. I had try with pressing Fn+F6 and Fn+F7 but it doesn't work at all. I check the device manager, its shown me the HID keyboard is corrupted, how could I make it work again? As well as the screen had been change from landscape to postrait. OMG......What to do????

    Coco, if your keyboard is corrupted, then you have a software problem. Because there are several possible causes, I can't be sure whch of these cures will work:

     

    1) Use whatever means you can to get into Safe Mode and run a deep scan with your anti-virus.

     

    2) If you can borrow a legal copy of your version of Windows, put it into the optical drive and start your computer. A screen will show up giving you some repair choices. Incidentally, this is not illegal, as you are only entering your own legal operating system. If your model is using Linux, I'm afraid that you'll have to try a Linux forum, as I don't know how to correct their problems.

     

    3) Try a System Restore Point
