A500 Tablet - power button fixed - thanks to Blayn and Phillip

Just a quick note to thank Blayn and Phillip for getting my tablet power button fixed.

 

Sent a message to Blayn who connected me with Phillip who phoned me, kept on the case until we connected (a bit of phone tag) and was very professional in our conversation. He sent me up to arrange a courtesy fix and free courier shipment. Literally it was a matter of days between shipping it out and getting it back (helped by the fact I live in the same area as the Mississauga repair facility).

 

One thing that could have been tweaked in the process was the shipping with Fed Ex. They attempted delivery at home so would have been better if my work address could have been used for the return, and they could not do a redirected second attempt.

 

All in all, a great customer service experience.
