I posted before about the problems i'm having with this S7-391, i have been visiting local Acer tech support office quite a few times and no resolution... i'm hoping the community would help... my problems listed as below:

1. the most important one, disk usage raise and stay at 100% for about 5-20 seconds randomly, when this happens, only mouse cursor can move smoothly, everything else stops responding, this is very annoying when i try to take notes or type something in a hurry, it can happen right after a fresh restore (with only ms office 2013 installed), and gets more frequent later on.

Tech support comfirms the problem exists, but cannot pin point the cause on any hardware, says this maybe software problem which they don't cover.

I have searched the web for solutions and tried many different ways (configure or disable paging file, Hyper-V, setting hot swap, etc.) to no avail. I tried to install a standard Windows 8 from a installation disk, but the system doesn't recognize the SSD, probably because it was in RAID0, this is my last resort, so how can I un-RAID0 the SSD. (it normally shows 2 * 128GB SSD, i dont know how to find out if it is in RAID0, and don't know how to un-RAID it)

2. mouse touchpad: when i put S7 on my knees (or any soft surfaces for that matter) while my left hand palm placed on the area left of touchpad or when I hold the computer by its bottom left cornor, the click actions gets stucked, remain clicked until i move my hand from the computer.

The first visit to Tech support: they say because S7 is so thin, when it's not placed on a flat hard surface, press by hand could cause its structure to bend a little, and cause the click action to stuck, and this is a flaw by design, they cannot fix it.

second visit to Tech support: after I went to store and check on other S7 computers and found no such problems, I returned to tech support, and this time they say they will look into it and try to repair.

3. the keyboard: the D key is very sensitve, just by touch it will cause it to continously input D.

Tech support replaced the keyboard and problem solved.

overall I'm quite displeased with the local tech support but there is nothing I can do...

You have to backup your windows and then just go to BIOS and select AHCI instead of RAID
