H340 HDD 1 and 2 Solid Red

My H340 has the following problems.

when he start, he detects te harddrives without problems
but after the POST, he gives a blinking - in the leftcorner (ive a vga cable connected)

and drive 1 & 2 burn red after the post.

i cant enter the bios, all i can do is switch him off.

some treaths on forums said there could be a harddisk failure,

but when im testing it with a new hdd, of without hdd`s.

the problem is the same.

when im get much luck, it is possible he starts normaly.

ive checked all hdd`s in a other desktop with seatools, and the drivers are OK.

 

what is the reason of a solution to fix this?

I am having the same problem with a purple coloured blinking light.  So far access and operation are working but I fear this is just the begining of a larger problem.  I have not been able to find a better operating manual on-line then the basic set-up provided with the server.
