Acer Aspire Overheating Problems

Hi all,

I bought my Acer Aspire V3-571G just under a year ago in September last year. However, the laptop seems to have (what I think is) an overheating problem. The laptop simply shuts down and restarts when doing demaning tasks, like after about 30-50 minutes of playing a game. It also happens when I use skype which is extemely annoying, and which the laptop should be perfectly capable of doing.

The problem has always been there - it first happened when I bought Battlefield 3 shortly after the laptop. I probably should have actively found a solution sooner, but I was busy with my first year at university and didn't think much about it - but the laptop is less than a year old, and it is incedibly annoying! I downloaded SpeedFan (I read i t online) and it indicates that the cores are just over 50C when all I am doing is typing!

What should I do?
