aspire v3-571g windows 8 recovery

Some few days ago I had run the system restore on my aspire v3-571g. Unfortunatelly I left it running unattended and didn't realise that, while the charger was plugged in, the plug wasn't actually on, so some time half way through restoring the battery died. I can't turn my laptop on ever since!!! All I'm getting is acer logo with little dotts spinning and some half to a minute later blue screen saying the pc had run in to a problem and will restart. And it just keeps restarting over and over again. I can't seem to boot my laptop in safe mode no matter what I try. I phoned the shop and they told me to take battery out and plug the laptop in. Then pull the plug out while the acer logo is on. Do it few times it will detect fail on boot and go to safe mode (if it happens 3 times). Well, even that didn't work. I also did not make any recovery  cd/pen drive and nobody I know have windows 8 which I could use to make one now. Please help!

Contact support in the UK and see if they have recovery media available for this system.
