I have learned that the a110 cannot store programs on SD card or use the USB for anything but charge and data tranfer. I have filed a repair ticket since they say a 2 month old tablet is out of waranty bought 7.11.13 warranty expired 7.11.13. I had no choice in the purchase of these tablets I own 2 of them. They were bought thru emachine class action settlement these were the only ones offered and NO money was to be refuned. So I either make it work or at turn it into a SKEET target. I tried getting the software from Acer to get win xp to see it as a tablet and then ROOT the thing and fix the errors myself. However the file is corrupt and wont install retried download several times and differant days same results. So at this point cant even ROOT the thing. Drive is almost full since I want to set it up as offline GPS files are huge. I have a 32 gig card loaded and ready to go BUT NO dice. I feel like Acer just wanted to dump a bunch of crappy product and found a way to FORCE people to get them since the money could only be spent at the settlement web site with no cash back it was PURE profit for Acer. NO they just want to ignore us and wait for us to go away. I don't think I will ever buy from them again if this is the way they treat customers by locking down a OS so you can't use it like it should be. Sorry for the rant now I feel better any advice on how to at least fix the SD card issue the rest can be worked around just more cost to get bluetooth keyboard.
