W510 problem touch pad and doubled letters - lettres doublées et problème de souris touch pad

Bonjour,

    Hi,

I just get my new Iconia tablet, and I have the same problem as Inlecorre.

We both have a problem of touchpad: the pointer is sometimes blocked (Quite often actually), when I try to move it to the left, it goes up and refuses to go through an invisible vertical line on the screen. Sometimes it also jumps, from a point to another point without my concern.

Intelcorre has also a problem of keyboard: some letters are repeated more than once, so when she types fastly the text loses its meaning. I personally have more often the opposite: when I type a letter, it doesn't appear...

This issue is particularly annoying as we both need Word and e-mail for our studies and we need a working touchpad and keyboard for that.

Personnaly it's started to do it after few hours of utilisation, so it's really a pb of fabrication.

Does someone has any idea to solve this issue (without bringing the computer back as I bought it in France but dont live there)?

    Many thanks!
