Acer A7600U-UR308

Hi all,

I just got this mahine today and it appears that the mouse and keyboard are dead or at least the tranceiver is. Batteries are new.

When I got the machine, there was the dongle pre plugged into a USB port, but from the pic instructions it lloked like it should be in another port so I move it. Powered up....no mouse, no keyboard.

Then moved the dongle back to where it was originally.....no go.

Then tried every other USB port....no go.

I cannot for the life of me get this keyboard or mouse to work and besides that it is such a beautiful machine. I bought it for buisess and really done have time to sent it back etc. There must be an easy fix. Anyone have any input?

Thanks sooooo much this is driving me crazy.

Good day

If the machine is within the return policy period from date of purchase, I do suggest that you take it back. Alternatively, get Acer repair centre to replace the accessory thats faulty...dongle.
