Worst customer service ever seen

I've raised a complaint for a faulty monitor and it's been more than 27 day's that the ticket has been created with ticket id : 3******.

 

Till date the faulty monitor has not been replaced, i've been calling customer care yesterday, today requesting to send the engineer to replace it but no good luck at all.

 

I've informed a support engineer on the toll free number to please update the case stating that i would be waiting for the engineer to come and replace it today i.e. 22nd Aug 2013 before 12 PM but to my surprise that engineer didn't update the case with the same note. Today when i called them a lady picked up the call and updated me that the last update is on 9th Aug and till date there has been no update on the case.

 

Is this the way ACER treats their customers with such a worst service.

 

I need this to be fixed asap, else please take away your monitor i will purchase a new product from a different company and would be ready to publish this on any social networking sites and local news papers.
