drprabe, when you start up, does the splash screen (the opening screen; it usually has an advertisement for the company or the operating system) start up normally? If it does, your power supply, CPU, BIOS chip, monitor cable, and monitor are working.

After the splash screen starts, your BIOS chip tries to start your hard drive and your RAM. We need more information, but it sounds like a hard drive problem. Your hard drive might have failed. There is a chance that it is a software problem, so try to start up in Safe mode. If you can, immediately run a full virus scan.

You gave the manufacturing date as the year 2001, but your rig was manufactured in either 2011 or 2012. You might want to check to make sure you sent us the correct model number.

If none of this works, you'll have to take it to a repair shop.

Km, you might not be logging on. The Google Start Page is stored on your hard drive to speed things up.

Because there are several possible causes, thee are several possible solutions. Try running a deep scan with all your antimalware programs.

I prefer Explorer, but I have three other browsers in case on a problem. If you have another browser, or can transfer the installer from another computer with a thumb drive, try that.

If all else fails, check Downloads to see if you still have the installer program fro your browser. Delete your browser and re-install, remembering that you will lose all updates.
