2 conhost.exe

Hello,
When I open taskbar in windows7 64bit, I always see 2 conhost.exe processes in process tab. I've read a lot of pages which explain what "conhost.exe" is. But my question is why my PC has 2 conhost.exe processes. (One of them is system process, other one is not)

According to some that's a system process and to have multiple copies is normal behavior. However, some say there should be one conhost.exe in process tab; to have more than one instance means it can be probably a malware.

I checked location and saw that they're located in system32 folder. Then scanned with Kaspersky and no threat found. I also checked for previous version and found one previous version. According to explanation it has created almost 1 year ago. I do not know if having previous version of conhost.exe is safe or not.

So, is there everything OK, or should I worry about it?
If there is a malware related with conhost.exe how can I delete those processes or malicious one?
