My Acer laptop is 3 months old and is already broken (not booting). I have shipped it to ACER support team and they have replaced the motherboard. Now how to install windows in that laptop??

If the motherboard was replaced, then the hard drive should still be intact. Boot up the comptuer. Once you see the acer logo, press ALT+F10 at the same time. That should get you to the recovery partition of the hard drive. If that does not work, and you did not create your recovery disks, then you would need to call us back to obtain a copy of them.

    Hi,

I followed your steps, it went to Recovery management. since I have not created personal recovery point the only option I got was to go for Factory reset. I selected the Factory reset option and it ran for 5 hours then came up with a message "Not enough memory to perform the operation".

Not sure what to do now, I would appreciate if you can help me with this..
