Where is the Microsoft 2013 product key?

On Friday, August 8th, I purchased my Acer Apsire V5-122P netbook at my local WalMart. On the display, a fancy eye-catching sign was taped on the lid, saying "Get a free Microsoft Office 2013 Program with the purchase of an ACER Aspire touchscreen!", or something to that effect. I get home, open the box with flourish, all excited about playing with my new shiny toy. As I'm going through all the packaging and paperwork, I notice that I don't have anything that even mentions getting the program. I call the electronics manager, and after about 30 minutes of being put on hold, she tells me I have to register my product, and I might get a key. When I told her I registered it, and did not recieve a key, she got huffy with me, and preceeded to tell me that if I was unhappy with my product, that I could bring it back within 30 days of purchase, yada yada yada.

I have searched the internet everywhere for this deal, and I can't seem to find anything on this! I have also tried to bring up the program on my computer, but it's telling me I have to enter a product registration key (which obviously I don't have) or buy the program. I have no problem buying the program, but I would rather not spend $200 after buying this computer for $400 when I was promised a free program!

If anyone could please help me, or at least point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I have a thing with calling customer service lines, and if I have to, I will. I just want my free program I was promised!

For certain models being sold at Wal-Mart, there should be an orange "DO NOT DISCARD" packaged card with the Microsoft 2013 product key on it.  If this is not present in the box, you will need to speak to Wal-Mart representatives.
