Rubbish Customer Service

I will NEVER EVER buy Acer products again.

The Offshore Call center is staffed by people icapable of doing anything other than read from a script. I have had a w700 at the telford repair center for 7 working days, and if the Offshore call centre robots are to be beleived they havent even looked t it yet.

Is this how you treat customers who have spent a not inconsiderable amount of money with you.

You rubbish service is impacting on my ability to function as a small business.

    It is unclear to me where you are located and if the acer support website offers this option in your area, however, I can tell you that Acer has a website allowing to check on the status of a repair:

    https://customercare.acer.com/customercare/Default.aspx

     

    I do not know if the repair time varies per area or country but in North America the repair times are quoted to be from 7 to 10 workdays after receiving and receptioning the unit into the depot repair facility.

     

    You may want to ask the technician at the call center to transfer you to another level of technical support (l2) as that tier of support employees may be able to access more detailed information.

     

    Just some thoughts...
