Why does Acer not honor their warrenties?

Can someone please expllain to me why Acer does not honor their own warrenties. I purchased an Acer notebook in Sept. 2012. At the end of Jan begining of Feb. I had some trouble connecting to some websites and wondered if there was a problem with my NEW notebook. I called the experienced technicians at Acer to inquire about my problem. Their technician had me do a recovery, told me it was safe and I would not lose any of my data. I did as instructed and during the process something happened with the operating system and my computer wouldn't even boot up. I immediately called them back only to be told I would have to do a full recovery and Iwould lose everything...so sorry is what I was told.

I was also told about a dozen times that my computer was under warrenty and they would mail me a shipping label so that I could send it back to them for repair. As of today, Aug. 1, 2013 I have yet to receive this "shipping label"! After 3 months of contacting this 'company' every week to 10 days when this 'shipping label' never arrived I was told a NEW label was being sent and to give them 10 days and if it hasn't arrived call back and they would "send" another one.

After about 3 weeks I finally got tired of their games and had my computer repaired. So after buying this computer, having it about 4 months and their employees ruined it completely I had to pay even more money to get it repaired because this company, for whatever reason, refused to honor their warrenty or take any responsibility for thier employees actions that result in the loss of a 4 month old notebook.

So if someone could tell me EXACTLY why Acer sells products with 'warranties' that they never intend to honor. I really would like an explanation for why Acer sells computers with warranties that are basically bogus. Yes I was dumb enough to actually make the purchase of their product. Yes I was dumb again when I called their technician with a problem and even dumber for relying on their expertise that resulted in the loss of my 4 month notebook then wasting 3 months thinking that they really would honor their 'warrenty'. They really fooled me big time and it was a costly mistake that I never will make again.

But what I am looking for is an explanation as to why for the whole experience with Acer to date. My notebook isn't even a year old yet and for what I spent on the inital purchase, time wasted for 3 months, then the cost of the repair...well I could have bought another companies notebook. My mistakes were believeing the company's reputation then falling for the wait and hope she gives up and pays someone else to fix their mistake. So if there is any Acer employees out there that can give me an explaination I would greatly appreciate it.
