Hello,

I've just installed the M290 desktop with Windows 7 Pro ... it's replaced an ageing computer and it's connected to a printer via a network. It's been in for a week and this is a resumé of the problems:

When first switched on, it prints OK but if it's not used for a few hours it can't find the printer and says it's offline (it isn't)

The browser (Chrome) won't load ... it just hangs. The keyboard won't work sometimes but the mouse remains OK and when you ask it to close down, it just sits there with the 'Shutting down...' message and the whirling circle.

When it is working, it seems sluggish and slow.

Does that give any of you experts a clue and maybe a fix?
