Cyberlink Webcam/Can connect to other wifi but mine?

Hi. I'm Jake.

I've had this Acer Aspire One AO756 about a year now. When I was gaming RotMG and using Mumble, i had to restart for updates. When I restarted my wifi didnt work and i was scared. I've been using my wireless plug ever since. Recently I found out i hit the FN and F3 keys on accident and it didnt work. Welp. However I can connect to my brothers wifi but not mine. I havent had contact with Clear yet.

Now, about my webcam. It work a long time ago but now it doesnt. I've tried system restore, installation of the application and so forth. Why doesnt it work? Also it recently worked after a windows update, but it kept bugging out.
