Has anyone had issues with a yellow tint showing up on areas that should be white. Comes and goes.

If you're lucky, it's only a software problem.

    For Windows 7:

Right click any area on the desktop and click "Properties" from the list of  options that appears. Choose "Display Settings," then "Advanced Settings."  Select "Monitor" and click the "Calibrate Color" button.  Wait to see if the  yellow tint goes away.

For Windows 8: Move your pointer to the top right corner to get the Charms Bar. Click Settings--Control Panel--Display--Calibrate Color.

There will be some differences in these two methods, depending on your model, but see if that solves your problem.

Most people who have this problem are using a desktop, and the problem is with the cable that goes to the monitor. If that's your problem, you will need to take it to an Acer Service Center.
