I am not at all familiar with that product.  Is it a laptop or is it a desktop or is it a tablet?  Whatever it is, perhaps this may give you some ideas:  When I bought my laptop, I couldn't figure out why the goofy touch pad would freeze up and quit working.  I went onto some really obscure website only to find out other laptops were doing the same thing and the suggestion was to hold down the "Fn" button in the lower left corner of the keyboard and press over and over and over the "F7" button.  Low and behold, it worked!!  And none of the *** at Acer could be bothered to tell me that.  I had to find it out on my own.  So now I am wondering if perhaps there is a similar "Russian mechanics" technique that could help you just the same?  Also, does the wireless keyboard require batteries?

Also, just an FYI ... my roommate has an Acer netbook with a wireless mouse and guess what?  IT won't work either!!  Go figure!   My guess is that there is something that needs to be done or enabled or disabled to get these wireless devices to work.  Good luck trying to get any of the *** at Acer to help you.  You might try simply Googling the words "Acer wireless keyboard not working" in quotations in the Google search bar and see what comes up.  You may find some links to websites where others are saying the same thing.  I am currently doing that to see why none of my Windows Vista programs are working on my Acer laptop.

Hope some of my suggestions help.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

It's an All-In-One desktop with a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard sharing the same USB transceiver.

Mouse is fine, but keyboard is not working at all.  Battery change doesn't make a difference.  No troubleshooting info available in the user guide nor on the Acer support site (that I can find).
