Hello, today I tried to remove cover of Acer Aspire 5349 to clean all the dust. Everything went ok, but now I can't put cover back to the place normaly, there are some spaces left on the right down edge (there are microphone and earphone jack) and I can't screw some screws. Could someone help me?

Chances are there are clips that are getting stuck in the way. You can try to remove and replace it again to see if that helps. Keep in mind that because there are clips involved sometimes you will need to apply force to get them to go down, but you don't want to apply too much force and in the wrong places. If you're not sure maybe you should see a technician to help you out. With the screws there's no way that anyone will be able to help you without seeing them except for refering you to the service manual for your model, but I've recently been told that we're not able to link to those. So my advice is to do a google search for the service manual, maybe you'll be able to find what your looking for there.

Try this video, I didn't watch the whole thing but it has disassembly so it should be relatively easy to figure out the assembly by reversing the steps. Beyond this there really isn't anything that anyone can do. It's not like we're able to see the unit to guide you and this isn't something that can be done in steps over the course of a few days so that you can take pictures as you progress.

Realistically if the manual and the video didn't help you'd probably be best taking the unit to a local technician so that they can help you. If you're not able to figure it out with the unit in your hands there's just no way that anyone is going to be able to guide you over the net.

    Best of luck,
