    Normal.

Many apps call the system and ask him:

    - "Hey, mate, let me coming in"

If the system has enough memory, he answers:

    - "OK, but don't take up too much place"

If the system is in low memory, he answers:

    - "Rest in peace, buddy, and let others work"

    End of demonstration...

"Too much" means that you can't use your tablet (lag, freeze...)?

Maybe you have too many widgets open.

You can use a Task Killer (see on Play Store) or the Task Manager but Android system manage perfectly the RAM.

Well I can use it but I've noticed that its using a lot of it. And when I use a task killer it actually finishes some processes but they appear again in some seconds

It's normal. As i said, Android system is - almost - a perfect ram manager.

For example, on my Galaxy i have actually 16.4% of free Ram, 32% on the HTC of my wife and 61.7% on my Asus tablet. And all are smooth.

If you notice no lag or freeze, it's OK.

F&F is an heavy game! It needs a lot of Ram and i'm not sure that the B1 (with 512 Mo of Ram) is done for that kind of games.

You can't ask it to be as efficient than a 10.1 tablet!
