Hello,
I have a question about my laptop Acer Aspire One 722D. My disk also contains partition system and data even partition recovery (10 gigabytes). My question is, if I have to move the OEM system backup to an external hdd. It will then be possible to restore the factory settings work or need to adjust the path.

Sorry for my bad english, i am from Czech Republic

No, but what you can do is burn recovery disks or create a recovery USB. Technically you could partition your external HDD and use that as a USB backup. But to copy it over and change the filepaths would be more than difficult.

You can use the Acer eRecovery Management application to do this, but with the partitioned HDD option there is a chance that it will not load. I would recommend using a 16 GB USB or cd's to be sure, but you're welcome to try the HDD if you like.
