Iconia Dual-Screen 6120 Problems

Dear Acer Forums,

 

I got this Acer from my Brother who recieved it as an "upgrade" when Best Buy could not repair his Acer Aspire. After a while, the harddrive rightout died on me so I could not recover it with this hidden parition I've been reading about. Anyways it's got a dual boot with Linux Mint and Windows 7 now and everything works fine touch wise. My questions:

 

1. There is a touch screen keyboard that shows up during my bios screen and bootloader, but then vanishes. Does anyone on the forums know how I might lock this to the bottom moniter for use on Windows or Linux? I'm quite sauvy and willing to edit system files if nessisary.

 

2. How do I reset the bios back to factory settings since the newer version is giving me plenty of problems?

 

3. Can anyone email a download link for the virtual keyboard drivers?

dual os setup will not get answers as is not supported

 

you do not say what you did for 2. to have problems with BIOS
