Looking for Favorites File in Windows 8 so I can download to use on other computer.  I have tried a search with no luck.  Where the system is located in program files might be a start but not there either.  Is there a folder similar to Doc & Settings in Windows 8?  Any help would surely be appreciated.

If you use Internet Explorer on more than one computer, you can export your favorites from one computer and import them to another.

    To export favorites:

    1. Open Internet Explorer for the desktop.

    2. Tap or click the Favorites button.

    3. From the dropdown menu, tap or click Import and export.

    4. In the Import/Export Settings dialog box, select Export to a file, and then tap or click Next.

    5. Select Favorites (and any other settings) you'd like to export, and then tap or click Next.

    6. Select the folders of favorites that you want to export, and then tap or click Next.

    7. By default, Internet Explorer creates a file called bookmark.htm in your Documents folder. If you want to store the exported favorites to a place other than Documents (like a disc or a flash drive), tap or click Browse, and then select a different drive. Tap or click Save.

    8. Tap or click Finish.

    To import favorites:

    1. Open Internet Explorer for the desktop.

    2. Tap or click the Favorites button.

    3. From the dropdown menu, tap or click Import and export.

    4. In the Import/Export Settings dialog box, select Import from a file, and then tap or click Next.

    5. Select Favorites (and any other settings) you'd like to import, and then tap or click Next.

    6. By default, Internet Explorer imports from a file called bookmark.htm in your Documents folder. Tap or click Next to import the default file, or tell Internet Explorer to import favorites from a difference place. Tap or click Browse and select a file, or type a location and file name to import. Tap or click Next.

    7. Select the folder where you want to save the imported favorites, and then tap or click Import.

    8. Tap or click Finish.
